Delivery of products
Chiaroscuro will deliver our products within the Italian National Territory, and other Countries word wide
by using the Italian national postal system Poste Italiane together with the International Postal Service or other express couriers such as EMS or Quick Pack Europe.

The address indicated in the order cannot be changed once the order has been finalized.
Upon receiving the package, the customer must check the integrity of the package containing the product purchased;

If they are to reveal the anomalies, they must be immediately reported to the courier or enter 24 hours of receiving the courier service that has made delivery being Postal Service or an Express Courier.

Purchased products are delivered as quickly as possible, normally within 5/ 7daysregarding delivery’s to Italian National Territories. For International purchases, products being shipped to other countries other than Italy, shipping delivery times may very much depending on country distance and shipping method chosen.

Chiaroscuro is committed to respecting, as the maximum time of delivery, a period not exceeding Max 18 working days from the order, except in cases of major force.
In case of delay exceeding 10 days, the customer will be contacted by e-mail to be informed and updated on the expected delivery date.

5) Methods of delivery
Chiaroscuro will normally deliver the goods "Service Delivery" using Italian Postal Service or GLS Express courier regarding deliveries to Italian national territories.
Purchases made by from International Customers will be delivered depending by shipping method chosen at time of order.

Shipments “Service Delivery” are sent with the Italian Postal system “Poste Italiane” together with the International Postal System, or by EMS, or Quick Pack Europe.
At the time of delivery, the Costumer is required to check that the integrity of the packaging that the products received correspond to Order. In case of visible packaging defects or damaged to the goods contained or missing items, erroneous items or incorrect product, the customer must report on delivery to the courier proposed and contact Chiaroscuro by e-mail no later than 24 hours from delivery.

6) Delivery cost
Delivery costs (hereinafter "Shipping and Delivery") are charged to the customer and adequately highlighted in the Order.
