5) Shipments: the address indicated in the order cannot be changed once the order has been finalized.
Upon receiving the package, the customer must check the integrity of the package containing the product purchased;
If they are to reveal the anomalies, they must be immediately reported to the courier or enter 24 hours of receiving the courier service that has made delivery being Postal Service or an Express Courier.
The purchased products are delivered as quickly as possible, normally within 5/ 7days regarding delivery's to Italian National Territories. For International purchases, products being shipped to other countries other than Italy, shipping delivery times may very much depending on country distance and shipping method chosen.
6) Emporium Italy by Chiaroscuro is committed to respecting, as the maximum time of delivery, a period not exceeding Max 18 working days from the order, except in cases of major force.
In case of delay exceeding 10 days, the customer will be contacted by e-mail to be informed and updated on the expected delivery date.
In case of visible packaging defects or damaged to the goods contained or missing items, erroneous items or incorrect product, the Customer must report on delivery to the courier proposed and contact Chiaroscuro by e-mail no later than 24 hours from delivery.

Please remember that all our belts are easily shortened.
We make all our belts in long lengths of: 120 cm, 125 cm, and 130 cm, we do this because they can be easily shortened to your exact waist size. Shortening is easy: simply remove the screw holding the buckle in place, remove the buckle, measure your waist size, and then cut the belt on the buckle side as mesument requires, then, punch a hole in the leather on the buckle side, reattach the buckle, and tighten the screw.
Emporium Italy offers a custom-made free belt service. When ordering, simply provide us with your waist measurement and write it in the "NOTES" box order cart.

However, I am unsure how the belts are shortened. Is it possible for you to provide instructions how to shorten the belts?

Hello Mr Klaus, Buongiorno! All of our belts are born LONG Size, because on the buckle side you can take it off and shorten the leather to your size, make one hole and put the buckle back on.

JUST UNSCREW THE BUCKLE AND CUT OFF THE EXTRA PIECE AND SCREW IT BACK. IF YOU WISH WE CAN SHORTEN YOUR BELT BEFORE SHIPMENT.
