Yes, all our products are made of genuine leather. The type of leather may vary depending on the product and is specified in the characteristics of each item. With over 30 years of experience, we have learned to distinguish and provide the best leather, meticulously crafted by Italian master leatherworkers.
How should leather be treated? Any maintenance tips?
To keep leather in excellent condition, if it shows scratches or if you want to revitalize it, apply a fatty hand cream (e.g., Nivea) avoiding the seams. This helps keep the leather soft and shiny.
Are all the leather belts sold on Emporium-Italy the same length?
No, our belts vary in length from 125cm to 150cm. We offer our customers a free and tailored service: all belts can be shortened to measure. Simply indicate your preference in the notes at the time of purchase. Custom-shortened belts cannot be exchanged.
Do all the bags sold on the site have a shoulder strap?
On our website, you will find all the bags available in our store in Contrada dei Magazzini, San Marino City. Some have both handles and shoulder straps, others do not. We have created very detailed descriptions and photos for each bag, allowing you to check for the presence of a shoulder strap in the product characteristics.
Can the items be personalized?
Yes, it is possible to personalize genuine leather items with hot stamping using GOUDY 6mm characters. You can add the personalization to the cart through the Hot Stamping link. Like the belt customization, personalized items are not subject to return rights.

Is it possible to deliver to a Fermo Point?
Yes, you can select "BRT Fermo Point Pickup" during payment. Find and select the nearest and most convenient pickup point: discover where among the over 3,800 BRT - Fermo Point (newsstands, tobacconists, etc.) you can collect your package at your convenience. Payment on delivery is not possible for this method.
I have not yet received my tracking number..
If your order has been shipped and you have not received the tracking number, you may have entered an incorrect email address during order confirmation.
