1- How to Register.

In the menu bar on top you will find the link “REGISTER”. Clicking on this link fill in the NEW USERS REGISTRATION FORM with your personal data that is a necessary fase that enables you to proceed in making a purchase. Please note:only Registered Users can proceed in making a purchase.

2- The Login procedure.

If you already are a registered user, go directly to the “Login” space on the top left hand side of the screen filling in your e-mail address and your selected password. Once inside you can verify that your personal data is correct, and if needed make corrections to your personal information on file. Once you are loged in, near your name on the left hand side of the screen will appear the Shopping Cart icon. By pressing on it you will be able to verify your shopping cart status.

3- Browsing Methods of our web catalogue.

You can search through our article catalogue using 4 different methods:
3a) Select from the Poduct category list on the left side preferred by you.
3b) Select from the “Featured Windows”: New Articles, Special Articles, Most Requested, Our Gift Proposals. The “Featured Windows are used as our Home Page or you can find the links on the bottom left hand side of the page.
3c) Use the “Search ” space up on the top right hand side of the screen. Type in the the articles name you are searching for even using only parts of the text in order to visualize results. You can also refine your search by putting in a price range.
3d) Use our: “Need help in choosing a gift?” Gallera Italia will help you fine it!- This section is on the bottom right hand side of the screen. Just choose a price range and Emporium Italy’s wizard will find you a gift.

4- How to Order

Please Note:before ordering you must be a Registered User first. Please see point 1 above if not a Registered User.

4a -Odering from a article list:
When browsing through the articles using the various methods the Emporium Italy provides, you will be able to see the individual articles. If you see an article you wish to order, indicate in the relative “space” the quantity you wish to order (from minimum 1 to a maximum of 10) and press the “ Buy” button on the button of the page. You will be able to visualize your purchase by pressing the , “Shopping Cart” icon near the Logon space on the right hand side of your screen near your name.

4b - Ordering from the Featured Windows:
You will only see the Shopping Cart sign next to an article in “Featured Product Window”, in this case by pressing on the Shopping Cart sign the product will be added directly to your cart.

4c – Ordering from a single Article Detail page:
Just press the “Buy” botton on the page below as the quantity “1” is already set as defalut. Change the number from 1 to the number you wish to order more.

5- The Electronic Shopping Cart

The Shopping Cart is organized in such a way that you can add more articles to your shopping cart but you do not have to confirm the order every time. Therefore you will be able to insert more goods in different times to your Shopping Cart even during different days or weeks and then confirm your order when your are ready for check out by pressing on “Exectute Order” button on the bottom of the Shopping Cart page. Shortly after you will be receiving a Order Confirmation e-mail from Emporium Italy.

6 -Payment Methods:

Payment methods avalible dipend on where a User is from. Look up the different Payment Area/Countries list below to see which type of payment methods are availbe to your Country/ Area .

You will be requested to “Select a Payment Method” after you have pressed the “ Execute Order” on the Shopping Cart - Check Out page.

Users from EU Europe – All countries using EURO currency.

7 - Shipment of the Goods:

We send out all goods using the Postal System. This system has proved through the years convenient and relaiable.
7a - Shipping costs of each article are divided into 4 different general Areas: USA, Europe, Italy & All other Countries.
7b - Delivery times are expressed directly under each shipping cost area relatated to each individaul article in “Days Delivery”. These time are indicative as may varie by a few days.
7c - Sending a Gift to a Friend
In case you would like to send a gift to a friend, we will gift wrap it for you along with the appropriate greetings and send the gift dirctly to them.
Here’s how:
Once you have become a registered user, choose the appropriate gift to send. When in the “Shopping cart – Check out Page” before pressing the “Evade order” botton fill in the “Different Destination Address Option “space with the Destinatary’s name and address. The gift will be shipped directly to them.

8 - Shipping Accessorie Options:
You will find these “Shipping Accessories” on the Shopping Cart- Check Out page before pressing the “Execute Order” botton as following here below.

8a - Urgent Shipping Option: *Select only if Neeeded before check out.
If Urgent Shipping is needed select the “yes” botton next to “Urgent Shipping” choice. Then click on the RECALCULATE botton to see how much it will cost extra to send with the “Urgent Shipping” method. This cost will appear separate in the Urgent Shipping space below on Shopping Cart - Check Out page. If you do not agree on this extra cost you can go back and de-select the “yes“ botton to “no” and then press the RECALCULATE botton. Now only the regular shipping cost will appear.
Please note: our “Urgent Shipping” service is normally carried out by EMS Postal Service or by FedEX.

8b - Insurance Option: *Select only inf you think necessary before check out.
Insurance is avvalible against brackage / damage of the goods during shipping. With a small additional fee one can insure the shipment against damage/ brakage of the goods. In this remote event the article will be subsituted with one indentical or similar shipping cost included. To see how much shipping insurance cost click on the “yes” botton and then press RECALCULATE. In the space below you will find the insurance cost relative to your shipment.
If you do not want this option you can always go back and de-select the insurance option to “no” and then press RECALCULATE. The insurance cost will not appear any more.

Please Note: Before any replecement can take place, pictures of the broken/damaged goods must be sent immediately via e-mail to info@emporium-italy.com oppon receiving, showing the damaged artcle and it’s origial shipping box.

9 - Receiving the Goods:

We normally use the Postal System for the delivery of all goods. All pakages will be delivered directly to your address. Upon receiveing the goods you will be asked to sign a receipt by the Postal Worker.
